Fourth of July on The Hudson

If you're like us, you love a good cookout and the mother of all summer cookouts is fast approaching. The July 4th fireworks will be set off on the Hudson River again this year and we're seizing the opportunity to party in style! Both restaurants will be offering up their regular menus along with some lip-smacking July 4th favorites! At The Red Cat, Executive Chef Bill McDaniel will be serving his delicious Fried Chicken with Potato Salad, Watermelon Salad, and Peach Cobbler. And since the holiday falls on a Sunday, there's sure to be Suckling Pig on hand as well as  Tempura Green Beans, Baked Fontina and Tempura Bacon. Trace Conway, the master of all things sipped or gulped, will be here to tempt you with her Hard Sweet Tea, a devilish concoction with tea infused vodka which comes from Firefly, an artisinal distillery in South Carolina.


If you're planning on catching the fireworks in Tribeca, join us at The Harrison and dine al fresco on one of Executive Chef Amanda Freitag's summer-time specials! Amanda will be serving Pat LaFreida Buugers with "the works", Barbecued Chicken with Coleslaw, Sausage and Pepper Sandwiches, Grilled Jersey Corn with Lime Butter and Juicy Watermelon Slices. Of course, you can feel free to break free of the mold and enjoy a Harrison fan favorite; the fabulous Duck Fat Fries, Crispy Troutlings or Parmesan and Ham Fritters. And to accompany this fabulous feast, how does a Watermelon Margarita sound?
