A Holiday Invitation
We’re gearing up at The Red Cat and The Harrison for another
holiday season and we’d be please to have you join us. On Christmas Eve, both restaurants will be
offering their a la carte dinner menus along with scintillating seasonal
specials and holiday cheer. At The
Harrison, Executive Chef Amanda Freitag and
the staff will be serving dinner from 5:30-10:00pm. You can feast on Whole
Wheat Pappardelle with Christmas Goose Ragout and toast the evening with a
glass of red wine mulled with fruit and spices. And we can’t forget the hardest working man on Christmas Eve.
That’s right, for the trip back home, beautifully packaged cookies for Santa!
The Red Cat will be
open from 12:00-2:30 for lunch and from 5:00-10:00 for dinner. Executive Chef Bill McDaniel will undoubtedly
pull out all the stops to make it a festive occasion. He and the crew will be serving Crab
Hollandaise, Roast Prime Rib, and and Trace’s Homemade Eggnog Borsci. Borsci,
for those of you who donot know, is an rich Italian liqueur with a hint of caramel. Santa’s cookies will
be available at The Red Cat also.
If you’re having an extended family get-together on
Christmas Eve, don’t forget The Harrison’s private dining room. Let our staff
do all the work as you relax and enjoy your loved ones company along with
plenty of delicious food and wine in warm and comfortable surroundings.
New Year’s Eve is sure to be a blast at both places and you
